Our Policies

Our number one priority is your pet....their safety, health and happiness come before all else.  In order to ensure this, we have adopted the following policies:

1. Dogs remain on the leash at all times during a walk. While your dog may be accustomed to offleash parks, even the most well behaved dog may fail to respond to someone other than their owner, which leaves them vulnerable in the event that an unsafe situation develops in the park.  Having your dog on a leash ensures that we are able to intercede and protect your dog in all situations. However, if you are confident in your dog's behaviour in offleash parks, we will be happy to accommodate this request.

2. All pets must be up to date on their vaccinations and using pest control treatment.

3. All dogs must be licensed and tagged.   

4. All dogs must be spayed or neutered (puppies exempted of course!) to be elegible for Buddy Walks or Group Walks. Dogs who are not spayed or neutered are restricted to Private Walks.

5. For overnight boarding, dogs will be crated at night only if requested by the owner. Owner to provide crate.   

6. Discounts. Our prices are very competitive, and as such, we do not offer discounts beyond those outlined on our Rates page. Our prices are set to ensure the long term health of the company, thereby ensuring that we will be there for your pets for many years to come.
